I told you Williamson County grows deer as big as anywhere in the world (antler-wise).
Yeah, but its sad that it is being devolped so quickly. They just sold several 1000+ acre farms by my house for more residential space. And the price of land is crazy.
Thats why we decided to buy 350 acres in perry for the price of 50 acres in Williamson.

CRAZY land prices...the place we hunted was near 200 acres. We were told 6 million won't touch it.
