where in Indiana did you get him?
Got him in Franklin County along the Whitewater River bottoms between Metamora and Brookville.
Some of the best areas in Indiana through there.

not real familiar with around Metamora but I'm from not too far away, Martin County SW of Bloomington, and we had some big deer over there when I was a kid.
the Navy had a big ordnance plant there at the time, most of it's gone now but there are still thousands of acres of woods with storage bunkers scattered around... our scout troop used to set up at the gate on hunt days and sell coffee and sandwiches to raise money.
