I have no idea what diff it would make, but I noticed you are from Hillsdale, MI....I'm out that way once a month at Alsons Corp... That's cool. Drop me an email sometime if you want to catch lunch when you're in town.

BSK,
For skirting around ladder stands, do you use camo burlap or plain burlap?
Personally, I use camo burlap, but I don't think it makes a hill-of-beans difference. The pre-cut to size burlap I can find locally just happens to be camo.

Around the shooters position, burlap makes a HUGE difference in how much movement the hunter can get away with without being busted.

Id say,use the cheaper stuff,hang a few cedar branches on it,done.
We checked into buying large quantities of unprinted burlap and it turned out to be almost as expensive as the pre-cut camo-printed stuff.
