I posted an article on my website last week about a place called World Class Whitetails of Ohio. Check out this comment I got from a reader. How can something like this be legal?

I actually produced the promo videos for this World Class about 3 years ago (before I realized exactly what the Ranch was and how they ran their hunts).
After I had the . . . privilege. . . to go on an actual hunt, I saw a pretty sad site. A huge 18 point buck was drugged to the point of imbecility, and shot by an impatient hunter from about 20 feet away.
I'm no PETA fan either, but seriously. . . this is not hunting, and not fun.
And I don't produce their videos anymore (their quality has really suffered as a result).

No. its not hunting, it has nothing to with hunting. It has to do with money,...commerce.....It called selling commodoties...

its not hunting and it is pitiful but if its a pen raised deer then no reason to be illegal

pitiful.thats like the pen raised quail they hunt on these tv shows that cant fly but twenty yards and about 5ft high.just shows you there are cheaters in every aspect of the sport its all about the all mighty dollar!truly sad I disagree,...Its no differant that catching put and take trout...is that really fishing.. ...is that cheating the sport?...
i'll let you come shoot one of my reg. angus bulls for 5000$ if you want but don't think i could watch
understand that it is a money thing with the owners of a such place but don't understand what anyone would get out of shooting the animals on it
makes no sense to me but to each his own i guess

I wouldn't mind if they went out of business tomorrow. That's the kind of thing that gives real hunting/hunters a bad name. However, I don't necessarily believe it should be illegal.

i would never pay to go sit in a stand and be told my deer will be lead to me at 430 on the dot on a leash. then pushed out in the field to be shot. just stupid

I know plenty of people that go on those quail hunts. Like you said money talks. I personally wouldn't enjoy it, but to each his on.
