deerstand on my property. what woud you do

a few years ago we found a buddy stand on our property that belonged to the neighbor beside us. it was about 75yds across the line. we left a note on it to get it out of there and he finally did.
theres another stand up the hill about 50yds. its on our property but closer to his line than the buddy stand was. im guessing its his but its definately not being used because the chain is broke and i knocked it down about 2 weeks ago. its a metal stand and in pretty good shape and beings its been there for atleast 5 yrs i know and him not getting it out of there do i have rights to it? its on my land and he hasnt got it out of there.
im thinking of getting it and putting it up somewhere else.

If i found a tresspassers stand on my side of the fence it would be gone.

thats what we did with the buddy stand and he got it out. this other one i think he will never get it out of there because its old. only thing it needs is a new seat

the last one I found like that I took it down and moved to were I keep my equipment, but I also left a note in a zip lock bag, it was the game wardens phone # telling owner if he wanted stand back to call him for it....he never called
