Pop their breast out and bread and fry with a lil salt and pepper is hard to beat imo!

Marinate the breasts in a mixture of Dr. Pepper, French dressing, and a touch of Dell's seasoning for about 4 hours in the 'fridge. Then wrap a piece of bacon around each of them with a slice of jalapeno. Secure the bacon and jalapeno with a toothpick and chunk them on a hot grill. BTW, have several of your friends over and have them bring plenty of YOUR brand of ice cold beverage. Enjoy.

Ohhhh! That probably would work better than the end I usually hit. Tailfeathers can absorb a lot of lead.
