Went to my land this weekend and came back feeling good about the place. I went and talked to a neighboring land owner and it turns out we have alot in common in terms of goals. We talked about management goals as well as habitat improvement. His piece isnt that big so its good to find out that we have the same goals.
Also finally got the number to my local Wildlife Officer and found out some information on a new property owner close by.
Only problem I had was the Trespassers decided to have a party in one of my fields. That burns me up  . They did doughnuts in my field and left all there beer cans lying around.
This is were a trophy rock was last fall. I need to put some more out.
This is one of my plots, still has a little vegetation but its mowed down.
Heres the beer cans about 20 yards from a mineral site

They like the cheap stuff.... I wouldn't worry so much, looking at the beer they drink, they probably can't afford gas to make it back there...
