I know this is suppose to be SERIOUS DEER HUNTING TALK but I have a not so serious question.

Does anyone carry or wear anything to bring them good luck? Has it worked and how so?

I killed my best buck to date a couple of years ago just a few feet from where the buck expired was a artificial red rose at least a mile deep in the woods. I don't know why but for some reason I thought it was lucky so I hid it in one of the small pockets in my backpack. I carried it for 2 seasons and didn't kill nothing. Needless to say I tossed the last day I hunted this season.

I have an original realtree camo shirt I bought when I was 14 or 15. I'm 33 now but that's beside the point. I had it on underneath my other camo shirt on my first bow kill. Now, at times of desperate measures, I've worn it for "good luck" and it seems to pan out some. It doesn't work all the time but it's fun to use it a few times each season. Another thing is that sometimes in a stand I've been so thankful and blessed to be there or just bored or in need that I've spent some time with the LORD while perched in a tree. Last year and this past year when I've really had a some good prayer time the hunts have either ended in a harvest or just the most memorable hunts I have ever had. I'm not asking the lord for a kill or anything it just seems to have worked out that way.
