Yup,there is one spot on the road I drive everyday,that the way the curve is and its on an angle that the water and salt run off into this little ditch thing,and the deer absolutly wear it out in the summer..Always seeing deer in it,always,and you can see "cattle" trails coming to it..

Salt is salt. Road salt might even contain a few extra trace minerals. I'm not sure.

Hunted under a bridge that thousands drive over daily,had a salt lick under it you would'nt believe.Still there,just farther then I want to drive now.The deer love it,and its a great place to hunt on a rainy day!
