i used to love nothing more than solo hunts but since the kids and the wife started hunting, i feel something is missing if they are not there.

I did more hunting with friends throughout school but as we got older I do 99% of my hunting by myself. Hoping this year to have someone go out of state with me.

I hunt solo almost exclusively, It's not by design but it just works out that way. I am self emplyed and have to hunt when I get the chance. That usually means narrow unexpected windows here and there that I have to take advantage of..its hard enough to take advantage of then sometimes when it just me...dang near imposable with anyone else....

50/50... I never miss a chance to hunt with somebody, but I am able to take quite a bit of time off during the week and end up hunting by myself a lot. Before I joined this site and made friends with some dedicated hunters and great folks I hunted by myself 90% of the time.

Mostly solo, and that is how I like it. Most types hunting is more successful hunting in solitude.

I'd rather hunt with someone for safety reasons but this past year I found myself hunting solo quite a bit. Just have to make sure I am prepared in case something happens.

Use to hunt by myself alot, still do some. Now I try and take a friend along, for a few reasons. Mainly safety and so someone will know where I'm at or in the general vicinity of being able to call for help.
