IMHO, I would think of this as shooting, not hunting, I would never make a 750yd shot, ever unless I was insane. Longest shot I have ever made was prolly 45-50 yards. When I go hunting and see an animal 750 yards away, I'm gonna wait and see if it comes closer and not shoot plain and simple.

Thats the good thing about this site everybody can state their own opinions, we just need to respect them.
I agree but respect is a two way street. I agree for most hunters a 750 yard shoot is unethical. But for a few it isn't. I wouldn't hesitate to take a 750 yard shot if the conditions were right.

I got a neighbor that shoots targets out to 1250 yds , and is accurate. But has the right equipment! (bench, computer etc)
