For most people in here the season has come and gone... good or bad.
NOT FOR ME!
I called a fellow co-worker that I work with that has property in Arkansas. I went hunting there earlier this season with taking out 3 deer total in 3 days.
Well Arkansas season isn't over till February 28th! Bow only of course. But next weekend I'm gonna stick and string it again!
This time though the buddy that I had go with me last time is bringing his climber as well.
2 guys, 2 climbers, 2 video cameras, a BILLION deer, and 4 hard hunting days!
BRING IT ON!
Once I get back I'll post up some video footage. I bought the Deer Innovations camera bow/gun mount so I'll be getting footage of the kill shots and my buddy will be filming me!.
STOKED!

Good luck with that...sounds fun. I've got cabin fever pretty bad right now so I'm going to be yote hunting in March and turkey in April...then, bass season end of May.
Now.....what BH said :-)

Yeah should be pretty sweet.
We hunted there in November and in 3 days we had 20 deer all within bow range.
It is a HONEY HOLE! to say the least.
20 acres, only 3 acres at MOST is woods. The rest is all hay fields that he keeps his horses and HUGE longhorns in.
To the North is a "bluff" that drops 300 feet to a creek bottom. All of the land to the North and to the West is state owned NON hunting land. His property goes West about 50 yards into the woods. the rest is state land.
I never have hunted non-pressured deer and let me tell you... if you EVER get the chance... DO IT.
Heck while we were finding my doe the first night there we had 3 does and a nice buck come walking up to us while dragging her out. They were about 10 yrds away and NEVER left.
It's $$$.
Only thing that might stink is that in February you can't bait. When we went in November you could because it was rifle season. But feb bow season you can't bait at all.
They came in Novemeber to that 50lb bag of corn like flies to a new cowpatty!
Not to mention the 40 turkey we had walk 5 yrds from us!
Like I said though... this time it's all gonna be filmed!
