All joking aside. Hunting in it's purest form began as a way of obtaining food for yourself or tribe (family) First with Sticks and arrows and currently acooring to channel 606 you can't harvest a deer without a matthews bow or TC encore. But I feel it's the ethical thing to do to eat what you kill. If you don't like Deer meat I personally feel it is blasphemy to Deer Hunt. Just my opinion. I have several mounted Deer Heads but when the good Lord calls for me I can't take those antlers with me and eventually years from now they'll either be in someone's basement or the dump. But I can sit down now and enjoy a good bowl of Deer Chili or a Roast or a fine Deer steak with a baked tater and corn and A1 sauce, which BTW is what I had last night for supper

I love deer meat and always kill 2 does for the freezer. Any bucks or extra does I harvest goes to my processor and gets donated to a needy family. I provide for my family 1st, then if I have an oppurtunity at more deer, I kill them and donate them to a needy family, I don't know about everybody but it makes me feel good knowing that I've provided for my family and a family that is less fortunate than others.

If you ain't gonna eat it, give it to someone you know to eat, or donate it to Hunters for the Hungry, then you should not kill it IMO.
