Where do you come up with 1%?  BGG posted this poll in another thread. I think it would be accurate to say 2208 people is less than 1% of the state's population.
Yeah, this would be, but I was mainly talking about the TWRA getting public info in many ways and for many reasons NOT just for baiting. It also seems, due to the recent threads here that the topic of baiting is becoming more popular.

Over 2,000 people in Tennessee were surveyed. Over 800 current hunters. Only 400 people get hit by lightning in the entire country. Your statistical analysis is flawed.
