Has there been mention (rumor) or legalization in the state of Tennessee?

I heard they're still working on the price of the permit. 
You got that right.Still surprised they didnt make you buy another lisence for xbows.Ridiculous to have to buy 094 to shoot does.

I would say that it is dependent upon public input as to the decision. TWRA has always been good about requesting the public's opinion of hunting changes needed and it seems this topic is gaining in popularity.

Yeah, this would be, but I was mainly talking about the TWRA getting public info in many ways and for many reasons NOT just for baiting. It also seems, due to the recent threads here that the topic of baiting is becoming more popular.
