I don't care one way or another but I just don't see the state legalizing it. I don't see what benefit the state would receive by allowing it. Maybe I am wrong but unless the state has a good motive to legalize it, I don't think they will allow it.

I feel like you, I could care less either way. But playing the devil's advocate... I dont see what the benifits are keeping it illegal is either. I can see "politics" getting it legalized in the future.
As for the corn piles killing herds of deer... I dont buy into all that. If so, why are the deer not falling dead in Tennessee already from the legal piles of corn Feb-Sept and in the subdivisions? Why are deer not falling off in surrounding states?

I agree, People who are setting the rules are trying very hard to make it easier for hunters. The thought is it will keep us interested and "grow/keep" the sport alive. They are dead wrong. The ONLY way to do that is through education.

My 2 cents on this topic:
As I've said before why not? The reason I say that is the same reason backstrap stated:
I feel like you, I could care less either way. But playing the devil's advocate... I dont see what the benifits are keeping it illegal is either. I can see "politics" getting it legalized in the future.
Why do we allow politics to decide what you as a hunter will do? Meaning... If your going to hunt over bait then you will and if your not you won't. To me it is that simple...
Let me decide on how I will hunt............JMO...
