Not sure how much that one runs, but if you are lookin to fix it up inside, what about a "toy hauler". Price may not be that much different for used one.
All the used toy haulers I've found on the net, are higher than one of these trailers. The solid black or green is cheaper than the camo.

I got a used 6x12 enclosed trailer before hunting season, type for motorcycle and am going to convert into small toy hauler. I can carry my 4 wheeler and have a fold up type bed. Pull the four wheeler out and bed wil fold down and still have more room and stay drier than in a tent. Small enough to easily haul and thousands cheaper than a purpose built toy hauler. Would not want to camp a week with an entire family but will work great for 1 or 2 hunters. You can pick up those trailers used for $700-1000 range. Figure I will have another couple of hundred bucks in it tops.

Would also be good to take out west.Haul your 4 wheeler,gear,and have a place to stay.Great!

I do not how musch this one cost but they make campers with the same set up. Seen one this weekend at the Knoxville camper show.

A 16 footer can be a pain to haul around at times though... I almost got stuck in a drive-through that had a really narrow and sharp-turning exit. Had to run over a couple bushes with the trailer to make it out. Sorry Taco Bell.
