Saw this flipping through a basspro catalogue, then went and bought it on ebay for $11 shipped. Anyway hopefully this solves by rangefinder problem. Preranging only gets you so far, and fumbling into a cargo or jacket pocket doesn't work so go when a bruiser (or doe) comes in quick.

Funny you should mention that about your jacket, I actually missed a very nice buck at Fort Campbell this year with my bow. I had a nice either 8 or 10 chase a doe right by my stand at 13yards pulled back got him to stop and thump went right underneath him! I was like what happened cause my rangefinder string hit me in the face then I realized my bowstring had grabbed my rangefinder string that was hanging out of my jacket chest pocket, believe me I won't make that mistake again!

To me they really work. I ordered one 3 weeks ago from a different company around the same price (Nikon). Great for bow hunter....
