I started to PM you but I figured I harrassed you on the open forum so I'd apologize on the open forum.
I didn't have a clue it "that" was legal or not. The whole argument struck me as funny.

I wouldn't worry about it to much Hatchee... After hearing the facts: this whole matter probably fell under officer discretion considering the circumstances.... Didn't see it as a big deal considering everything else going on in this world...
