I'm really surprised that you have already had to spend money on replacement parts in less than 10 years?? Is this normal for Summit quality?

I have 2 summit goliaths, 2 api's, 2 lone wolf lock on's, and the lone wolf sit & climb.

The lone wolfs are the best stand you will ever use archery season. Light, quiet, plenty of room to maneuver, and dependable. They are not made for BIG people! I'm 6'1 and 205 lb. and have no trouble climbing and being comfortable in the lone wolfs. they have the best climbing sticks you will ever use!!

HOWEVER,

For muzzle loader and rifle I use my summits and api stands 90% of the time. Summit is most comfortable, but api will fit a lot larger tree than either of the others!

I guess it depends on the main use of the stand.

All season stand would be a summit!!

I went ahead and got it....they were down to 2 left and probably wouldn't be there in a week. I misremembered....it was $90 of for $300...too good too pass up imo. As far as comfort...this is the sit and stand with a padded seat and back, so that shouldn't be an issue. As it is primarily for bow....the open front is key. Season is over here so it won't get any use for quite a while.

I am a TreeWalker convert also. Best stand I have used. Lots easier to pack than a Summit or an API.

Exactly my thoughts! And I will agree 100% on the climbing sticks as well, the flip steps are awesome and second to none IMO!

Got to agree with you on the summit for climber, just bought a new one since mine got stolen this year.Did just buy a wolf lock-on with some sticks.Very light set for bow hunting, and it sets up in very lil time!! summit for a climber though!!
