I think what this is going to do is change a lot of advertising. It is also going cost a lot of money, maybe even bankrupt some companies. This is not a frivolous lawsuit. The attornies are serious and of course, will be the only ones making any money. But it will make companies think before they claim something. If you say your urine product will attract big bucks...prove it. Let's take it to Cheatham and try it for 15 days.
I agree, but I also think common sense on the part of the consumer goes a long way. I try to research every new gadget or idea that interests me. We have a wealth of knowledge at our finger tips, the internet. I knew after just a few minutes of researching that the scent free carbon thing was absurd and guess what? They haven't gotten a dime of my money. I have learned the hard way, 10 minutes on the computer can save you a lot of money.

Any product that says it can eliminate your human scent, is
bogus. If anyone buys into that claim, they are not woods
educated. On the other hand, I guess some people are educated
enough, to try and make some money off a law suit.
Ain't today's society.........SCREWED UP! Claims are made trying
to make money, when they should know better the whole time, that
that product...............sucked all along.
