That area gets the heck hunted out of it. Alot of public land in the area. Should be good when people hit the public land.

All land in Illinois has went thru the roof.If I had that much to spend in Illinois,it wouldnt be in Pope county.Hunt public,especially with a bow.Thousands of acres.

Yeh alot of gov patches scattered in the southern part of il,we hunt in 3 counties. Would be nice to have a piece of it to your self though.

We are going up this yr though for 11days!!! bow hunt then the first 3day gun..mmmm...oooo...it's like waiting on X-mas when i was lil...
