spikes this morning all together. Couldn't bring myself to shoot one. I was by myself and this arthritus makes it rough. My son will be with me in the morning. I may think different then. Would love to have some smoked deer sausage. I've let them walk all year and it's almost over.

At least you are seeing something. Couldn't bring myself to brave the cold this morning, but yesterday evening all I saw was about 4.7 million squirrels and 2 cats.

Went to the field down from the house and saw 13 does, but not one buck in the bunch. Maybe tomorrow...

din't see a thing this weekend... not even a squirrel... they were probably making fun of me for hanging in a tree during these cold winds...
