Where to hunt today WOODS or FOOD PLOT

im in west tn...my last 4 hunt i havent seen a deer...last 2 times i hunted a food plot...havent seen a deer....buddy hunted the food plot friday and saw 7....
just curious is if to hunt the woods or food plot

Food. The deer are just now really hitting our food plots over the past couple of weeks.

DITTO.....FH is right on the money and to add: given the wind direction find the main travel trail and set 50 to 100 yards from the field off the trail, get high if possible...(in a tree to clear that up).LOL!!
