I would say in this case its when someone makes repeated threats to kick your butt even starts threads insinuating they are going to do just that....you finally respond to it and you get a 30 day or so suspension from the site.

Would like to see bsl come back, too bad. BigWes50 suckered him into some nonsense. See ya BigWes50!!
