Got one for Christmas. When the time comes, (first of Bow season), how is the best way to hang it ? Do you guys make a bracket or maybe use a coat hanger to hold it in your tree?
Do you spray any kind of scent on it ?

They sell a holster for it that has a quick snap buckle. I just snap it on the side of the stand.
I love mine, I turkey hunted in the Wolf River bottoms with it and the skeeters never bothered me.

Big is right, get a holster and strap it to stand or tree. No spray scent needed. If a deer comes in down wind your busted anyway.

As far as the smell goes, I have been using mine for two years and haven't had a deer spook from it yet! I just use the regular pads, never tried the earth scent. I do hunt at least 25 ft with a bow. Never tried using it on the ground, that might be a problem. The smoke that comes out is hot and it seems to rise keeping out of nose reach. And I also suggest you buy a holster, just hang it from a screw in hook.

ive been with big8's when hes used his and it works great.
also got the carrying bag and extra cartridges with it to

They work great. Used mine for the first time last year. Would wait until the biters got so bad I could not stand it. Would turn it on and in a matter of mins they were gone. That little tool is a great addition to the bow hunters box. Like everyone else has stated get the holster it makes it nice to carry and hang

Got mine the first week.I was skeptable,got in my stand,the mozys where tryin to carry me away.Two minuets after I started it they left me alone.I just but mine under my seat,worked good.

They do work more efficiently laying flat but hanging is an option.
