I am working on my first attempt at this and let's just say that next time I will send it off to someone else or just wait until summer and let Ma nature do her magic. So far I have about 10 hrs in cleaning, boiling, scraping, soaking, boiling, scraping, breaking bones, scraping... and I still have a ways to go.
The eyes and brain were easy. The nasal passage and ears are driving me crazy

With all that hard work, just imagine how good you'll feel once it is hanging on your wall. Keep it up, you'll get it done.
