anybody have any info on generating schedule for next weekend? wanting to take family on trip and would like to have minnimal water for kids. please help with any info. thanks

Unfortunately, I don't think we are going to see "minimal water" any time soon. The Corps is trying to keep the lake level under 630 ft above sea level for the repairs they're doing at the dam, but all the rain lately has made that hard to do. The level has been over 630 for a week now with one generator and the sluice running around the clock.

If we don't get any more rain, it would probably take about two weeks to drop the lake enough for them to back off on generation. Every big rain we get pushes that off farther.

True-but for boat fishermen, that is just about ideal conditions.

Meh - I love it on 1800 cfs (sluice only), and 1 gen by itself is pretty good. I can do without the 5600 cfs sluice + 1 gen. Your mileage may vary.
