I have heard the report about the boat being flipped. A close fishing buddy claims to have "fished" some of the contents of one boat out of the river.

In the one case, as I was told, two clients were in their 60s. One should know not to short anchor in low water, I am told.....

Yet another reason guides should be licensed in the state of Tennessee, imo. And people should not be out fishing on two or more generators...

If we could have it be THIS particular sex offender, I am especially interested:

To answer your original question, I hadn't heard about the boats getting flipped. Accidents happen, but I agree with you that flipping a drift boat or a Supreme is hard to comprehend. I could understand if it was a canoe, but supremes and drifters are pretty stable craft, and turning them over takes some doing. I guarantee you that if somebody got hurt, God Himself could not draft a liability waiver that would protect the guide from having his brains sued out. On the other hand, no guide license also means a lot of Tennessee guides have no insurance, and no money, and suing their brains out might not get you much.

Fixed.

You could always win a house or truck and maybe a slightly beat-up guide boat?

By the way, Tubakka, who was the guide who flipped the Supreme jet? Mike Anderson's the only guide I know who fishes the Caney regularly out of a Supreme jet, and if he'd flipped it I'm sure I would have heard about it.
