lots of corn be real good for late season hunting once the combines harvest
look for feilds where they did a poor job

soybean feilds are gonna draw deer like magnets in the early season and they already are now!!!!!!!

tons of good acorns on the white oaks hunt the north and east side slopes of white oak areas been kinda dry, those sides hold water better in kinda dry conditions from less exposure to the sun at times

gonna be a goood year i bet!!!!!!!

I hope so.I love hunting there but don't go as much as I want because it is 4 hours away and I have to go by myself a lot of times.I am still trying to figure the place out.It gets frustrating sometimes driving all that way and not finding a good spot in a new area that I got into.

make a glow tack trail in every area you go into man for future reference when you find good deer sign then you got a back up plan for a couple of different areas once established over a period of time.

No not me I don't think I can't remember.I always take my gps and mark areas I like so I can find them again.Problem is I can't find where the big bucks like to be.lol

Give me a holler sometime bsl I hunt up there quite a bit by myself too. You would be more than welcome to jump in the truck with me any weekend I head up. I work in Knoxville.

Sounds good.i love to hunt FC and LBL we need to get together.If you need someone to split gas the first weekend at FC let me know.I can't get anyone to ever go on that hunt.
