Found out about a new style of blacklight and after checking them out, I had a set installed on my Stratos. These are LEDs that they mount in the rub rail. No more cords on the deck or moving lights from one side to the other. I had 2 20" blacklights on each side and 1 moonglow on each side for added light. Black lights are bright enough to see the bank great but if you really want to light things up just turn on the moonglows. Me and my buddy threw everywhere up and down the side of the boat front to back and had great visibility regardless. Took some pics when i got home but it was with my cell phone so they arent the greatest but you get the idea.

Blacklights with moonglow in the middle.

Just the blacklights

Prices vary depending on what all you have installed. He has black lights, moonglows, docking lights, and awaiting USCG approval are running lights. While he was down this week i think he was charging:
$409 for 4 20" blacklights
$50 for 2 moonglows
$100 for running lights
May seem a little high but these things are brighter than my moonlite i paid $150 for and it covers alot more area. I have full visibility front to back.

Theres really no reason to remove them but all you have to do is pull out the strip in your rubrail.
You can check out more pics at http://www.nightfishion.com. Heres some pics from mine in the daylight.

How do they hold up when ya bump that rubrail against a dock? Are they pretty durable?

Heres a video to show how strong the lights are. They are backed by a 3 yr warranty.
