Buy the 1 liter bottles with the bigger lids and you won't have as hard of time, gives you a bigger hole to hit!!!!

I keep a gatorade bottle in my hunting pack, just for not peeing on the ground out of my stand(yeah I know deer don't care)...point is, that bottle feels pretty good when it is about 25 out and shoved in you jacket...for my hands I use hand warmers...last four or five hours wrpped in a sock and shoved in ur pocket....
