I was just wondering but the elk river in lincoln county has been at the top of its banks for the past two months solid due to the constant downpours. Would this event throw a wrench in the smallmouth's spawning or would they just wait until the water comes back down and i would like to go after those smallies some time this year.
It's about that time.
