Is anybody fishing up in the flooded trees, bushes? I,m gonna try to get up there Wednesday in my kayak and flip a jig in some of the flooded areas. I know a lot of the trash fish love it but the bass and crappie do too.

I pass the LaGuardo ramp on my way to the office. About 5:20 this morning the water was in the parking lot and less than 10' from the the little kiosk.

I have lived in Hendersonville for 43 years and it got to where they had to sand bag the bridge that goes over Drakes Creek on Gallatin Road. The park, which was alot smaller one time was under 4 feet of water and the only things you could see were the backstops and the concessin stand in the middle. This is in the top five of really high water in town. I talked to Dave with the Parks Dept Saturday & Sunday and he knows they have alot of work cut out for them, whenever the fields are not under water. The inline skate rinks were under water too at Veteran's park. I saw some fish splashing around in the parking lot at Drakes Creek Sunday!!!

I think Wolf Creek Dam broke the other day, and they're too embarrassed to tell us.
