Yep, Terro works and it works fast. Had a major ant problem one morning back in the spring, got the Terro out and the ants were gone by evening. Make sure you put enough liquid out to saitsfy them. i also used a piece of foil, crimped it up like a little bowl about the size of a bottle cap, filled it up with Terro and didn't have to keep reapplying to the littel squares that come with the product.

This works great, just takes a little longer than some commercial poisons.

Have heard grits do the same.....
The problem in America is not that ungodly people have said yes to ungodly things, but rather that Godly people have refused to say "no" to ungodly things.

Borax or boric acid mixed with powdered sugar gets them too.

Just read an article today that says salt will repel them as well.

I've had ants ALL over my yard. not fire ants the littel black ones.

I've been putting out the Terro and that has helped but I think I had quite a colony going under the shed

My wife has a remedy that works every time. Get you a 5lb bag of sugar and pour you a line all the way around the base of your house, right up against the foundation. Gives them a different food source and they stay out of your house.
