Charles Perry brought his Dad, Bill, and brother, Wesley, to Chattanooga to chase some big blues.

It was fun while it lasted... until the Rain hit!

Fish were pretty hot this morning. We got in about two or 3 hours before the monsoons (and lightning) arrived. But even in the short time we got to fish, the Perrys said it was the most (pounds) of fish they'd ever caught in freshwater... and the biggest. Personal Bests all around... Charles tagged the biggest today at 22 lbs. I think that won him an $10 bet, but I believe Bill won for "The Most."

It was a very fun morning, and disappointing to have to call it quits early. But it just got too ugly. Of course it's clearing up as I write this.

Below are some of the bigger blues... which means that life is good and getting better everyday!

Looks like the big ones have returned. I know that makes you grin from ear to ear.

Thanks again Mr Simms, we all had a great time. The quick morning trip was well packed with action like the report says. There are just a couple things I wanted to add.

After we fished with Richard in the monsoon in the morning we went back to the hotel to dry off. We were eating lunch when Mr Simms called and said the weather was clearing and that he knew a guy who could put us on some bass in the evening. He said it was all taken care of and all I had to do was call. He didnt have to set this up for me but i'm glad he did. It goes to show what kind of guy he is, a real pro who was interested in rounding our day in the scenic city out with some smallies, LM, spots and the surprise drum. He even came down that evening and fished with us a bit. It was a great trip.

Here are a couple pics from the evening

That would be richard and sam in the back. Sam worked his butt off running back and forth showin us his pattern and keepin bait alive- fun fun
