Loc: Southern Wayne CO and NW Alaba...

Anyone from up that way be willing to take me trout fishing and show me how and where. I don't care about keeping any I catch but would just like to do it and learn how.

Not really flyfishing but with light spinning tackle I guess.

I may be heading there in June for a few days. I'll buy lunch if anyone is willing.

Then again, I don't even know if there are any trout around there but I figure there is.

Loc: In a river hopefully!

Trout fish in downtown Gatlinburg. Buy a G'burg stamp and have at them. Too easy. Let the wife go shop while you fish. Can't beat that!
I hunt and fish not for the thrill of the kill, but for the thrill of the grill!!

There is a good fly shop in Gatlinburg where you can get some info and license but you can pretty much get out and wade anywhere along the Little Pidgeon and throw a Rooster Tail or Marabou Jig and catch them. Just look for the shoals and throw it upstream and bump the bottom back to you (with the jig) or downstream quartering with the spinner and they'll hit it on the swing. Also lots of good streams close to the roads in the park - and wild trout, most of the roads in the area seem to have fishable creeks along them. Good luck!
Missed it by that much....
