1.cut strips of card board at various widths
2 take apart gun and clean the pieces to paint with rubbing alcohol
3 scuff the parts to be painted with a scotch brite pad
4 clean parts with rubbing alcohol again.
5 lay gun parts on something u don't mind to be painted
6 throw card board on pieces to be painted and spray first color
7 let sit for a few minutes
8 take off card board strips and lay them over the parts in another pattern and shoot next color.
9 repeat step 8 till all desired colors have been used
10 rotate gun parts and repeat steps 6 - 9
11 put gun back together and go shoot something

Very cool! Looks like a killin' machine!
Is there a specific type of spray paint that works best?

anything flat should work. What u see in the pic is the krylon brand ultra flat camo. this one turned out so good i did my muzzleloader too. I like the way the rifle turned out more but still not bad. We've all seen some pretty butchered camo attempts.

had a fella pm me about the card board strips and pattern. So here's another pic. Turned out so good i kept the strips for next time. Cardboard is the the tops of a couple shoe boxes. My wife has so many of those around i figured she wouldn't notice and she hasn't.
Just drop the strips in random patterns between paint coats. Measuring device added for size which is random as possible.
