I have never turkey hunted in such and will give it a whack this weekend with my son. My question to those that know is do you unzip just one of the windows or several or what? Do you wait til you spot a bird or get it done as soon as you get in? I have the Eastman 360 pro vision or something like that. Trying to give my boy the best possible odds. Thanks

Not a dumb question at all. I just unzip the two or three windows facing my decoys. It makes it much darker inside and you are able to get away with a lot more movement. When birds come up behind me I will just slowing unzip one of the other windows. Hope you and your boy smash one!

I don't hunt out of a blind but I agree with the above.

I personally leave the back closed, so I wont be hilighted by anything approaching from the front. I hunt with a deke set up in front, so I unzip the front and both sides. If one comes in from the back, I suppose that I would just turn 180 in the blind and let him walk into view on either side.

That is a good question IMO.
I would always leave one zipped up so it blacks out the blind and keeps you from getting silhouetted. If you have one open behind your head then it would be really easy for a bird to catch you moving.

You definitely want the one behind you to be closed and I only open the ones I need to shoot out of enough to see. The darker on the inside the better.
