Me and a buddy flat whapped the slabs today on Loudon. In 1.5 hours we had our limit, and could have caught them until our arms fell off by the way things were going.

It looked like they were giving money away on the lake today, and boy the bass crowd sure has a ton of rude folks in their ranks.

Down near the dam, if you go up river from the dam about 3 miles, we sunk some stake beds in what is now 8 feet of water and they are absolutely loaded. Guess the mud and hard work was worth it, now. We hammered them again today, 4 of us this time and 4 limits before lunch time. Yum yum \:\)

sounds like fun. if you go from the dam up fork creek(to the left of arrival point going upstream), there is a big stone house on a point on your right. i grew up across the road and my parents still live there.

sound like fun took my son yesterday we only cought three keepers but we had fun on mt hill. I agree about the rude folks though there where three boats waitng to launch when this guy pull up infront of all of us and put in, didnt really want to say anything because I had my son and so did he but we need to learn from our kids to wait our turn! I have a bassboat and love to bass fish but you have to have respect for other people or it just ruines the whole day lucky for me I had my son with me so it was not ruined! congrates on the catch though!

There are some stake beds in that area, maybe right in front of your folks house. I braved 23 degree weather to put them in this year, haven't hit them yet. Should be good, I will stop in and say hey to your folks next time I am down that way \:D \:D
