Thought I would post some of my patterning tests. Ive been playing with different shells out of my Browning silver and Jellyhead .670 choke. All of these were tested at 50 yards. I did notice that the heavi shot penetrated the 3/4 plywood instead of just burying up in it like the lead Federal flight control shells. ;)All loads were heavishot loads but the Federals. 1st-NITRO H510C 23 HEAD 56 CIRCLE 129 PAPER
2nd REM HEAVISHOT #5 13 HEAD 35CIRCLE 63 PAPER
3rd WIN SUPREME ELITE #5HD 10 HEAD 35 CIRCLE 71 PAPER
4th FEDERAL FLIGHT CNTRL #5 9 HEAD 16 CIRCLE 45 PAPER

The Nitro loads win again!

Is your Nitro load using #7 shot vs. #5 in the others?

I don't know if I would take many fifty yard shots. JMO

How does it pattern at 30?

The nitros seem to pattern the best out of the above but still not many pellets in the kill zone IMO.

looks good man. I have a couple nitros to try out in my 835 with the indian creek choke. I picked up some 4x5x7 and some straight 7s from final flight yesterday.

all are good, but for my wallet i'd shoot the win. doesn't take 10 pellets. Gave me an idea,i shot mine with a red dot scope today at 30 and had about 52 pellets head and neck, think i'll shoot 50 tomorrow just to see.
