Tried once, but realized I was outmatched and would rather toast them with the scattergun when I call one in. My hat is off to ANYONE who calls in a bird, kills it, and doesn't use a blind or a decoy. IMO, that is as tough as it gets. Now sniping one out of a blind with a decoy with a bow isn't that hard. Sure it is harder then doing the same with a shotgun, but not really.

I have one time and like captain hook said it was the hardest thing ever to wait till the right moment to draw and release without being caught. I have been busted more times than I can remember but when that arrow connects there is no better feeling. The one time I did down a goobler he came in by himself strutting. I waited till he turned his back in full strut then I drawed back. He turned and THWACK. I only had one set of eyes to worry about then. I've tried it with more than one and I can't get to full draw before they are gone.

Sort of..shot it, rolled it over, it jumped straight up in the air...and ran off thru a opening in a fence...had my arrow with my new Muzzy broadhead and all stuck right thru the center...both sides sticking out. Never found the turkey...or the arrow.
