Start with the ones you would use in your 12ga. I like the WinSup but I have bought some of the new Federal Strut-Shok, Remington Nitro Mags, and a couple different Federal shells with the Flight Control wads to see what results I can get with a couple different chokes I picked up.

My little brother uses winchester 3" number 5's and I've seen him lay the smack down at 40 yards on them many times.

get some hevi-13 #6 1-1/4oz. and use a tight choke like a .555. That is what my buddy shoots and he used to get better patterns then me with a 12 ga. at 40 yds until i switched to some hevi-13. \:\)

I second the recommendation for the .555 choke, but get you some Nitro Straight 7's. After you do, you won't shoot anything else!!
