Not in a month since the big rains came. We were checked by warden and creel clerk Saturday and here is there take on it. With low water levels last 2 years crappie spawn has been failure. They said if there is not a successful spawn this year the crappie will be in trouble there.

Thanks for the info...Hate to hear that news Hopson. I think the draught also hurt smallies in the Nolichucky.
