Hey now, I never said it could be done. I just said that going by the primary diet of those things that it wasn't the best way to target them most of the time. I have done some homework on the South Holston, and it seems like that the present of prolific hatches [although I've only really ever been there once and not fishing] might be more conducive to having big fish feed on smaller than average prey. Whatever it was caught on great fish. Great fish...
...athough 43"? Look...I musky fish. That is a big fish, easy low to mid 30's, but 43"? Surely you jest...
...I've seen pics of authenticated 37" trout from the Obey and they looked LONGER [not fatter] than this one.
...to this I pose the question...do it again.
