is it me or are the winter flocks bigger than normal? i live in washington co around sulphur springs ans bowmantown and have seen 2 different flocks of around 90 or 100 birds. seen both flocks in one day within 2 miles of each other on the same day so i know its not the same flock. plus one group of longbeards with 23 in it.... cant wait till they start busting up so i can see what all will be on the farms i hunt. they usually dont bust up around here till about 2 weeks before season opens.

You need any help taking out some of those longbeards? Thats alot of birds for that distance apart.

yeah they are here but they bust up late and i usually dont see any on the farms i hunt till about a week before season. they are 2 big flocks around sulphur springs

I have seen some big flocks on hwy 93...pretty excited about the season

i havent seen any in about 2 weeks? im sure they are still around here somewhere they just arent out in the fields.
