Polk County, Tenn.... if you take Hwy 64 from Cleveland to Copperhill, it runs right beside the lake.

Only witness I have is my son and some guy skinning a cat fish at willow grove on Dale Hollow but I turned one loose up there over 6 lbs weighted on their scale two yrs ago. I should have known something was up when the cat fish king said.."Man that's the biggest Kentucky I've ever seen. I can't believe I did that. Did not know what the state record was...son of a @#$%#$%^^&&%#@#%$#%^&^$#$%%@@#$

I did the same thing while pre-fishing for a bass tournament . The spot was well over 5 lbs. and I released it .
