This is a great time to get out and scout new areas .
I scouted the lease I hunt in Lewis Co. today , and I found a few nice rubs in some areas I haven't hunted yet .

Those rubs look great. I'm hoping to see the same thing when I get out there and do some scouting.

This is my favorite time of the year to scout . The foliage is dead , and the terrain features and deer sign are easy to see . I picked out about 20 trees to hang a climber .

I made it out some myself this weekend. Found some new areas I'm going to explore in the next couple of weeks. This is by far the best time to be in the woods preparing for next year.

If your adding members, I'll like some info. Price, how many acres, how many hunters, etc.

Radar, I couldnt agree more. I like to find areas I plan on hunting. I will hang a lock on, come back in the psring when all the foilage is out, and cut shooting lanes, etc.

Good looking rubs you found there!
