I felt the familiar "tick" on the crappie jig yesterday and was surprise when my 11' rod loaded up and wouldn't budge this ole gal. She's the biggest bass I've caught I've caught on 4lb line.



By the way, If I look cold, I was!!!

I caught a nice 4-14 largemouth on a similar rig to yours. Same color tube, rod, line weight and everything.

That's always fun on a crappie rod! I troll cranks a lot in the summer and once in a while you get a big catfish on one that way.
