Not much yet. Been 3 times and caught 10,12,and 18 keepers. Water is about 10-12 feet higher than usual for this time of year so the river channel drops/stumps I like to fish are a lot deeper than the fish are hanging right now. The water temp is finally getting in the upper 40's, so at least it is about to get right.

Welcome back , Doc . I enjoy your posts on the forum . I'm looking forward to getting back out fishing . Got a freezer full of venison and I'm a little burned out on deer hunting . Time to put some Crappie in the freezer .

Gramps, Doc, I need someone to show me how to crappie fish. Since I haven't hunted this year, I'm going through withdrawals and don't know much about winter lake fishing....The boat has almost started hibernation since last time I had it out.
